Coach Co-owner Marcus Gregory

“There is nothing like watching someone do something they thought was impossible.”  Marcus gives credit and feels fortunate to have been coach by some of the best coaches/athletes that this field of fitness has to offer.  He enjoys sharing his knowledge, programming workouts and assisting members with putting their skills together.  He has the ability to dissect techniques making them easier to perfect.  Marcus is a humble person that makes sure you feel welcomed no matter if run into him at ATG or if you see him on duty as a public servant.

Coach Co-owner Herod Moore

Herod has always had a love for sports and being active. As an adult he has seen the importance of staying fit and preparing your body for anything. “With a career in public safety, the community and your coworkers depend on your ability to help them when needed.” He has a passion for helping others and continuously educating himself so he can share his knowledge with everyone.

Christian Ammons Coach

Christian started CrossFit in 2015 and fell in love with the sport immediatley. After participating in CrossFit for two years, he committed to getting his coaching certificate(L1) in 2017 and has been coaching since then. Christian loves getting to help people become a better version of themselves and learn new skills that they can take from the gym to their life. "CrossFit is for everyone; regardless of what kind of life you lead or how healthy or unhealthy you are. The hardest part is walking through the doors, but once you do you'll be glad you did - we are family here."

Bethany Allen Coach

For the last 17 years Bethany has been personal training and leading classes in all the big “globo gyms”. She eventually took her love for training and began working with sport teams and individuals who sought to make their goals a reality.

Dealing with her own struggles with rheumatoid arthritis and Degenerative Disc Disease,  she sought out other methods of training and healthy lifestyles and stumbled across Crossfit. After just merely reading about Crossfit’s methodology, she immediately signed up for the Crossfit Level 1 trainer certification and completed it in August 2016.

Unfortunately, due to her health issues she had to have spinal fusion just two months after completing her CF-L1. Just a few months post-op she was back to training others and began the slow process to recovery. Now, a year later she is wanting her kids to see that no matter what the obstacle, face it head on!

Bethany loves to encourage others to achieve their goals. Knowing from her own life experiences, that it may be a slow process but it isn’t impossible.

Karly Jackson Coach

Karly stumbled across CrossFit right before her last college Spring Break - hoping to get that spring break bod every girl envies for! Inititally, she was only going to do CrossFit for a couple months and then quit! After about two months of hard work, she was addicted and noticed her body getting stronger and feeling better mentally. She has been coaching since July 2018 and has loved every minute of it! "The most rewarding part of coaching is getting to see the smile on our athelete's faces after accomplishing a goal, hitting a PR or just having a good workout!"

CrossFit has changed my life in so many ways and getting the opportunity to coach people in this sport truly is a blessing. There’s nothing I love more than seeing people do the unthinkable! I’m very competitive and love anything that has to do with a team! I also love anything that has to do with Ben and Jerry’s or Oreos!
