Jake was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 at the age of eleven. He fell in love with CrossFit and ever since, the gym has been his home away from home. In 2017 Jake joined ATG CrossFit and immediately fell in love with the strong community and felt right at home. In 2019 Jake became a CrossFit certified coach and now gets to do what he loves most of all. working alongside and helping his friends and family at ATG live a healthier lifestyle and have some fun at the same time.
Christian started CrossFit in 2015 and fell in love with the sport immediately. After participating in CrossFit for two years, he committed to getting his coaching certificate(L1) in 2017 and has been coaching since then. Christian loves getting to help people become a better version of themselves and learn new skills that they can take from the gym to their life. "CrossFit is for everyone; regardless of what kind of life you lead or how healthy or unhealthy you are. The hardest part is walking through the doors, but once you do you'll be glad you did - we are family here."
Brady has been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years now, he has been a member at ATG since August of 2016. CrossFit has changed his life in many ways! He has been so thankful for the opportunity to coach. There’s nothing he loves more than seeing people do the grow and benefit from this great sport! Brady is very competitive and loves anything that will challenge his strength and abilities. He also loves the community that revolves around ATG CrossFit! Fun fact Brady has a sweet tooth. (especially for Oreos and Ben & Jerry’s)
Communications Director & Coach
Karly stumbled across CrossFit right before her last college Spring Break - hoping to get that spring break bod every girl strives for! Initially, she was only going to do CrossFit for a couple months and then quit! After about two months of hard work, she was addicted and noticed her body getting stronger and feeling better mentally. She has been coaching since July 2018 and has loved every minute of it! "The most rewarding part of coaching is getting to see the smile on our athlete’s faces after accomplishing a goal, hitting a PR or just having a good workout!"
