After participating in CrossFit for two years, he committed to getting his coaching certificate(L1) in 2017 and has been coaching since then. Christian loves getting to help people become a better version of themselves and learn new skills that they can take from the gym to their life. "CrossFit is for everyone; regardless of what kind of life you lead or how healthy or unhealthy you are. The hardest part is walking through the doors, but once you do you'll be glad you did - we are family here."

He has been so thankful for the opportunity to coach. There’s nothing he loves more than seeing people do the grow and benefit from this great sport! Brady is very competitive and loves anything that will challenge his strength and abilities. He also loves the community that revolves around ATG CrossFit! Fun fact Brady has a sweet tooth. (especially for Oreos and Ben & Jerry’s)
Communications Director & Coach
Karly Jackson
Karly stumbled across CrossFit right before her last college Spring Break - hoping to get that spring break bod every girl strives for! Initially, she was only going to do CrossFit for a couple months and then quit! After about two months of hard work, she was addicted and noticed her body getting stronger and feeling better mentally. She has been coaching since July 2018 and has loved every minute of it! "The most rewarding part of coaching is getting to see the smile on our athlete’s faces after accomplishing a goal, hitting a PR or just having a good workout!"
