Meet the Coaches
Here at ATG we take pride in knowing each individual athlete including; their strengths, weaknesses, wellness goals, limiting factors, previous injuries and where they want to be. We want to do the same for you. This is why we ask you to contact us and make an appointment before coming into a regular class.
There are two ways to get started at ATG Crossfit:
Signing up for our Fundamentals Class (included in membership)
Signing up for a complimentary class. We believe in giving everyone the opportunity meet the community and to get a great workout in before making any commitment. (free)
If you have a minimum of 6 months experience and want to become a member or Drop-in you are welcome to enter regular classes.
