The ATG fundamentals course will properly prepare you to join classes at ATG CrossFit. More importantly this is an opportunity for you to get to know the coaches, and give the coaches time to get to know you and your aspirations for joining.
What does ATG FUNDAMENTALS consist of?

Three classes 90 minutes long

Functional movement screening, mobilization techniques and tips

The methodology behind CrossFit will be explained
-
The importance scaling will be explained
-
Athletes will be instructed through olympic lifts including clean and jerks, snatches
-
Athletes will be introduced to CrossFit gymnastics
-
A WOD will be programmed using the movements that were practiced
